Composition & Quality Control

SpermTec® Cryo All-round is a HEPES buffered cryopreservation medium which contains physiologic salts, glycine, glucose, lactate and the cryoprotectants glycerol (27%), sucrose and Human Serum Albumin (4.0 g/ Liter; medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma) in order to protect the sperm from damage during the freezing procedure.
