IVF Basics HTF (HEPES) Ready-to-use
IVF Basics® HTF and HTF HEPES with 0.4% HSA are ready-to-use media and have been developed for washing, handling, conditioning and culturing of human gametes and embryos.
IVF Basics® HTF 0.4% HSA should be pre-equilibrated overnight or at least for a minimum of 4 hours before use at 37ºC and 5% CO2.
IVF Basics® HTF HEPES 0.4% HSA contains HEPES, no CO2 incubation is required.
