Composition & Quality Control

IVF Basics® HTF HEPES consists of a balanced physiologic salt solution, supplemented with carbohydrate energy sources such as glucose, pyruvate and lactate, and 10mg/liter gentamicin sulphate (medicinal substance). IVF Basics® HTF HEPES is bicarbonate buffered and additionally contains HEPES.

It is strongly suggested to supplement IVF Basics® HTF HEPES with 4g/liter HSA (medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma) before use.
