HTF - IVF Basics®
IVF Basics® HTF has been developed for washing, handling, conditioning and culturing of human gametes and embryos.
IVF Basics® HTF should be pre-equilibrated overnight or at least for a minimum of 4 hours before use at 37ºC and 5% CO2.

Composition:
IVF Basics® HTF consists of a balanced physiologic salt solution, supplemented with carbohydrate energy sources such as glucose, pyruvate and lactate, and 10mg/liter gentamicin sulphate (medicinal substance). IVF Basics® HTF is bicarbonate buffered.
It is strongly suggested to supplement IVF Basics® HTF with 4g/liter HSA (medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma) before use.
